Art critics interpret meanings of art and make judgements of a work’s validity to the importance of a piece in the larger context of art history and culture. Art critics also evaluate art in the context of aesthetics.
Please watch the presentation below as a refresher on this deliverable’s content. The presentation will not tell you everything you need to know to pass this test-out, but it should serve as a refresher.

Professor and classmates, it wasn’t long ago that most surgeries and many medical diagnostic procedures required patients to plan for an inpatient hospital stay. How times have changed, its almost getting to the point that having a baby is one day going to be considered an outpatient thing! Ok Ok just kidding but I remember when my first son was born 20 years ago my wife was in the hospital for about 3 days to recover, when my second child was born, 10 years later, they wanted her to leave the following morning. But looking at the times and how things are changing, you can say that  clinical innovation, patient preferences and financial incentives are tilting the balance in fabor of outpatient settings for hospital services. Some of this change is driven by patient preference, and clinical techniques that reduce complications and allow patients to return home sooner. I think people are embracing this because not many people like staying days in the hospital and prefer to recover in the comfort of their own home. Financial incentives have played a huge role in healthcare shifting away from traditional hospital inpatient care. Health plans and government program payment policies support providing services in lower-cost settings like outpatient facilities. Hospitals are investing more in outpatient facilities, from full scale service centers to urgent care centers to standalone emergency departments, all because they are seeing that they can generate more revenue.

Q.6 Write reply/ response for this article. (Constance)
The issue of long patient waits has attracted increasing public attention due to the negative effects of waiting on patients’ satisfaction with health care. Long waiting times for patients are commonly seen in outpatient facilities, and this difficulty contributes to a range of public health issues, including impaired access to care, interruption of hospital work patterns, and patient dissatisfaction (Mohsin et al., 2007).
It is common to find patient care being postponed because of long waiting periods, and patients often spend more time waiting than actually consulting with health care providers. Among the several public health issues that might be related to long patient waits, the problem of patient dissatisfaction with care has attracted the most attention. Studies in various settings, such as military outpatient clinics, outpatient veterans administration clinics, outpatient primary care units, ambulatory services, outpatient ophthalmology clinics, outpatient orthopedic clinics,  or university health service clinics have all demonstrated that patient waits are associated with various levels of patient dissatisfaction
In the coming years, there will be much more modifications in the outpatient services as there will be increased use of advanced technologies, making more available to the outpatient services.

Technical Writing Assignment

Instructions:  There are four (4) topic areas listed below that are designed to measure your knowledge level specific to learning outcome (LO 9) shown in your course syllabus.  You must respond to #4 and select any other two of these topic areas providing appropriate responses in essay form.  In most cases the topic area has several components. Each must be addressed to properly satisfy requirements.

State-wide and in most professional industries, there has been a mandate that college students be more proficient in their writing. While this is not a writing class, all writing assignments will be graded for grammar, syntax and typographical correctness to help address this mandate.

Pay attention to what you are being asked to do (see Grading Rubric below). For example, to describe does not mean to list, but to tell about or illustrate in more than two or three sentences, providing appropriate arguments for your responses using theories discussed in our text.  Be sure to address all parts of the topic question as most have multiple parts. A verifiable current event (less than 4 years old) relevant to at least one of the topics you respond to is a fundamental component of your quiz as well.  You cannot use information from the text book or any book/article by the author of the text book as a current event.  Make sure that your reference has a date of publication.  For each chapter quiz and final quiz you are required to find and include at least one reference and reference citation to a current event less than 4 years old (a reference with no date (n.d.) is not acceptable) in answer to at least one question.  This requires a reference citation in the text of your answer and a reference at the end of the question to which the reference applies.  You must include some information obtained from the reference in your answer.  The references must be found on the internet and you must include a URL in your reference so that the reference can be verified. Case Analysis Question

Case Analysis Question

The goal in this paper is to analyze the decisions leaders and others have made when it comes to foreign policy. While some time must be spent on explaining the issue, be careful not to fall into the trap of ONLY explaining the event and neglecting to analyze WHY it occurred or HOW.
When selecting a case, there are many foreign policy events, large and small, to choose from, and they can be from any country. An example might be President Trump’s decision to try to ban refugees from certain countries. Here you might examine what he said during his campaign, how he has faced other similar issues, whether he has any kind of cognitive bias, how he might be trying to play a nested game, both domestically and internationally, and so on.Case Analysis Question
It is very important to approach this assignment neutrally. Your opinions are not required! What is necessary is to objectively look at why a leader has done something within foreign policy and try to determine why, without your own biases and feelings clouding this research. Your analysis paper should include no opinion statements.
Start out with a strong introduction, which mentions the event, the major players and the outcome, and previews your analysis. You might mention theories which might apply (such as offensive realism, or hegemonic stability), cognitive biases you uncovered (such as a filter or screen), aspects of the major players’ personalities, and so on. This is just a preview of what you’ll cover in the paper itself.
Next, describe the event in neutral terms. You may decide to analyze at that point, or you may save the analysis for after the summary.
In your analysis, you may “test out” several theories and discuss why they do or do not fit the situation. You may not find much information in your research about why the decision makers acted as they did, and in this case you’ll have to hypothesize, or make an educated guess about why they acted this way. Perhaps a certain leader was known for having aggressive tendencies in other situations. Explain those situations and how they apply to your case.Case Analysis Question
Wrap up your paper with a strong conclusion, which finalizes your analysis and describes what you believe happened in this situation and why.

ORDER A PLAGIARISM-FREE PAPER NOW

In the end, the reader should come away believing that you have examined this case to determine why it played out as it did by applying and discussing theories about decision making and how international politics works.

Having between 3 and 5 sources will give you a good start. Be sure to cite the textbook!
The paper must be between 1000 and 1500 words, double-spaced, with 1″ margins in Times New Roman font.
Please include an APA title page. No abstract is necessary.Case Analysis Question
Citations are expected both in-text and in Works Cited at the end of the paper, in full APA format. A good resource for this is Purdue OWL (https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/) and a good way to create citations is through citationmachine.net.
Be very careful not to plagiarize. All quotes must be cited, as should general information you read. A good rule of thumb is if it doesn’t come from your own mind (analysis) it needs to be cited. TurnItIn will be utilized.
