  • Write 2 short term goals and 2 long term goals using the SMART system.
  • Describe your current state of physical activity. Have you been  inactive for a while? Do you engage in moderate activity? Are you  extremely active?
  • Describe any specific activities you will incorporate into your fitness routine.
  • How will you incorporate your physical fitness routine in your  regular schedule? Take into consideration your work schedule, school  schedule, time with family and friends, or even social events.
  • How will you incorporate the FITT principle in your fitness routine?

Use the Internet to research aspects of biology.
Select an article from a magazine or newspaper that has something in it that pertains to biology. This will serve as the “target article” for this assignment. For instance, you can select an article about medicine, invasive species, nature, conservation, genetic technology, ecology, or any other topic that is related to biology. One purpose of this assignment is to help you become aware of how biology is related to your everyday life.
Write a one to three (1-3) page paper in which you:

In Part 3 of the Course Project, you consider how the evidence you gathered during Part 2 can be translated into nursing practice.
Now that you have located available research on your PICOT question, you will examine what the research indicates about nursing practices. Connecting research evidence and findings to actual decisions and tasks that nurses complete in their daily practice is essentially what evidence-based practice is all about. This final component of the Course Project asks you to translate the evidence and data from your literature review into authentic practices that can be adopted to improve health care outcomes. To prepare:
