Stratford University Week 5 The Credibility of A Print Source Questions

I’m studying and need help with a Accounting question to help me learn.

Respond to the following questions in your own words. Your responses should include specific examples and should incorporate concepts and terms from Chapter 21 in your textbook.

  1. Describe the steps that you should take to determine the credibility of a print source.
  2. How do the steps that you take to determine the validity and credibility of an online source differ from the steps you take for print sources? Give specific examples by comparing and contrasting sources you have encountered in your research. Your response should be 2-3 paragraphs.
  3. Using the constructive feedback you received from your group in Module 4, finalize another draft of your research paper. This paper must contain at least five paragraphs, a references page, and a title page. Be sure to follow APA style. Recall that your paper must include at least three reliable sources: at least one of the sources must be a book and one must be a scholarly article. Use the steps you describe in #1 above to consider the reliability of the sources you have chosen.

Columbia College Week 5 Risk Factors for Sexual Offenders Annotated Bibliography

Question Description

Review note-taking tools. Visit the Northcentral library. In the
category “Research Help,” click on “Research Resources” and then scroll
down to “Citing Articles.” Explore the two note-taking and organizing
tools there, RefWorks and EndNote. Also, visit the Zotero and Citeulike websites
and review these online note-taking and organizing tools. Choose a tool
that best fits your need and you feel most comfortable with.

Warm-up Activity 5.2

Carefully study the following example of how to prepare an annotated
bibliography entry. Note that there are four sections to the entry:
hypothesis, methodology, conclusion, and evaluation. Be sure to include
each of these sections in your annotated bibliography entries. For
information on annotated bibliographies, visit https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/614/1/

Annotated Bibliography sample

Assignment

Begin an annotated bibliography of the articles that you are
reviewing. Note all the important sections of the article, as
illustrated in the sample above. Also, note not only the articles that
you plan to use, but also any article that you read. Be sure to note at
the end of the article how useful the article may be for your literature
review.

Include the five articles you reviewed in Week 3 and find an
additional ten so that there is a total of 15 articles in this version
of your Annotated Bibliography. Add a one-page paper that reflects your
experiences with note-taking and research tools. Identify those that
include features you would like to use and which one, if any, you have
adopted for your own use.

Please note that the same rules for a citation that apply to other
documents (such as proper paraphrasing and the use of quotation marks
where necessary) apply to annotated bibliographies as well. It is not
acceptable to cut and paste from the abstract or the body of an article.
Rather, you are expected to read the article completely and
appropriately paraphrase the necessary material. For those few
situations where paraphrasing is not acceptable, then the material that
has not been paraphrased needs to be placed in quotation marks

Length: at least 15 research articles Your annotated bibliography should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.

Campbellsville University What is a White Collar Crime Discussion

I’m trying to study for my Law course and I need some help to understand this question.

Instructions

Your submission must include the following information in the following format:

DEFINITION: A brief definition of the key term followed by the APA reference for the term; this does not count in the word requirement.

SUMMARY:Summarize the article in your own words- this should be in the 150-200 word range. Be sure to note the article’s author, note their credentials and why we should put any weight behind his/her opinions, research or findings regarding the key term.

DISCUSSION: Using 300-350 words, write a discussion, in your own words the way the article relates to the selected chapter Key Term. A discussion is not rehashing what was already stated in the article, but the opportunity for you to add value by sharing your experiences, thoughts and opinions. This is the most important part of the assignment.

REFERENCES: All references must be listed at the bottom of the submission–in APA format.

American Military University Psychodynamic Personality Theories Essay

Question Description

For this assignment, you will write a paper no less than 7 pages in length, not including required cover and Reference pages, describing a single personality theory from the course readings that best explains your own personality and life choices. You are free to select from among the several theories covered in the course to date but only one theory may be used.

Your task is to demonstrate your knowledge of the theory you choose via descriptions of its key concepts and use of them to explain how you developed your own personality. It is recommended that you revisit the material covered to date to refresh your knowledge of theory details. This is a “midterm” assignment and you should show in your work that you have studied and comprehended the first four weeks of course material. Your submission should be double-spaced with 1 inch margins on all sides of each page and should be free of spelling and grammar errors. It must include source crediting of any materials used in APA format, including source citations in the body of your paper and in a Reference list attached to the end. Easy to follow guides to APA formatting can be found on the tutorial section of the APUS Online Library.

Your paper will include three parts:

I. A brief description of the premise and key components of the theory you selected. You should be thorough and concise in this section and not spend the bulk of the paper detailing the theory, but rather just give enough of a summary of the key points so that an intelligent but uniformed reader would be able to understand its basics. If you pick a more complicated theory, you should expect explaining its premise and key components to take longer than explaining the same for one of the simpler theories but, in either case, focus on the basics and keep in mind that a paper that is almost all theory description and little use of the theory described to explain your own personality will receive a significant point deduction as will the reverse case of the paper being largely personal experience sharing with little linkage to clearly described key theory components.

II. A description of how your chosen theory explains your personality and life choices with supporting examples.

III. A description of the limitations of the theory in explaining your personality or anyone else’s.

NOTE: Although only your instructor will be reading your paper, you should still think about how much personal information you want to disclose. The purpose of this paper is not to get you to share private information, but rather to bring one of the theories covered in the course to life by applying it to your own real world experience.

Ashford University Wk 3 Biomedical Ethics in the Christian Narrative Case Study

Question Description

WEEK THREE PAPER BIOMEDICAL ETHICS AND THE CHRISTIAN NARRATIVE

Objectives:

  • Describe the approach of principlism to biomedical ethics.
  • Describe how principlism would be applied according to the Christian worldview.

So we will be considering the four ethical principles and how they connect to the Christian Worldview. This assignment is a little different from writing a paper so pay attention to my suggestions.

This assignment will incorporate a common practical tool in helping clinicians begin to ethically analyze a case. Organizing the data in this way will help you apply the four principles of principlism.

Based on the “Case Study: Healing and Autonomy” and other required topic study materials, you will complete the “Applying the Four Principles: Case Study” document that includes the following (please make sure you have read the case study carefully and thoroughly):

Part 1: Chart

This chart will formalize principlism and the four-boxes approach by organizing the data from the case study according to the relevant principles of biomedical ethics: autonomy, beneficence, nonmaleficence, and justice. Define the principles first and then give the evidence for them. Remember to support your responses with the topic study materials.

Part 2: Evaluation

This part includes questions, to be answered in a total of 500 words, that describe how principalism would be applied according to the Christian worldview. Remember to support your responses with the topic study materials.
