Contract

Could you please redo the attached contract to have a more professional look. You are welcome to make any changes in order to do so. I just need the info that I already have on it to be on it when finished. I will also type in any other info later once your done. Thanks so much. Happy Holidays. Also,  if your not able to read document just set it up as a contract and I will go  back in and type in info. If that will help you because, I can see that it my be a little blurry to read.
