Cleon Washington is agreeing to rent the property to Etta Williams for her Soul Food Cafe/ Business. The property amount for rental is 100.00 dollars a month for as long as she needs to rent it. Payment should be paid by the 20th of each month. Etta Williams has also agreed to also keep the lawn care on the property in good standing.
