Personal Model of Supervision – Students will submit a paper that articulates their personal model of supervision in the field of counseling and relate it to their preferred model of therapy and to existing models of supervision. The personal model of supervision should consider:
Goals of Supervision,
1. The Nature of the Supervisory Relationship (including the Role of the Supervisor),
2. The Procedures/Interventions used in Supervision,
3. Methods Used in Evaluating Supervisees and
4. Appendices – including any forms, handouts or inventories you would use.
APA 6th edition is to be followed; at least five references are to be cited; A minimum of 5 pages of content is required (PLO2&11).
