Task 1 Memorandum 200-250 Word Count
You are the head of human resources in a publishing company. You have been told to inform employees of the new regulations and restrictions as a consequence of Covid19.
Cover issues such as:
– Taking temperature on entering the building
– Mask wearing, washing of/ sanitising hands – ventilation of rooms
– remote working
Add at least two other elements.
Task 2 Persuasive Email 300-350 Word Count
You the head of a sales team in a pharmaceutical company. The members of your team have worked exceptionally hard in the promotion of new medicines that were introduced onto the market throughout the year. You have decided that you are going to write an email to the regional head of sales asking for the team to receive an end of year bonus (this is not something that they usually get).
You feel that the team deserves recognition for their hard work as:
– many teams members had to attend training sessions outside of their normal time-table, or in many cases – spent weekends away from home at medical conferences promoting the new products
– Add to the reasons when writing the persuasive email.
This has had a positive outcome for the company, with sales having tripled during the year.
Draft an email to your direct boss, Sandra Evans, asking her to approve your team getting the bonus you believe they deserve. Use the AIDA strategy. Don’t forget to reduce resistance.

I need a four question assessment completed. Each answer should be at least 250 words.  I have attached resources and question in files below. Thanks so much. Happy New Year.

Supervisor Interview

Assignment Overview

In this assignment, you will present your findings from  interviewing a supervisor. Note that you may include lessons learned  from this assignment in your Personal Supervision Philosophy Paper,  which you will submit in Unit 9.
The most effective way to test theories, principles, and concepts  related to a skill such as clinical supervision is to actually apply  them in a work environment. This assignment is designed to provide you  with access to the role of clinical supervision in a real working  environment.

Assignment Instructions

This assignment has two steps: the interview and the analysis. You  will submit a 4–6 page analysis that incorporates the information from  your interview with the best practices from the literature.

Step 1: Interview

For Step 1 of the assignment, conduct an interview with a  counseling supervisor.
Contact a counseling supervisor either in your work setting or at  an organization where you might like to work in the future.
Tell the individual that you are a doctoral student in counselor education and  supervision taking a course on the theories and principles of clinical  supervision.
Ask the individual if he or she would  be amenable to discussing his or her experiences as a supervisor with  you.
Explain that his or her experience will help you understand how  supervision models and theories actually apply in a real work setting.
For this conversation, ask the following questions, as well as some of your own:

  • How long have you been a supervisor?
  • How did you come into this role?
  • What do you like best about supervising others?
  • What do you like least?
  • What preparation, training, and/or coursework have you received to help you in your supervisory role?
  • What are your administrative procedures and responsibilities related to supervision?
  • How do you balance your clinical and administrative supervision duties?
  • How would you define the role of the supervisor?
  • What do you think are the most important characteristics of a good clinical supervisor?
  • How would you define the ideal model of supervision?
  • What are the theoretical tenets that underlie your model?
  • How does this ideal compare to your current and past experiences as a supervisor?
  • How do you incorporate the latest technology into supervision (using tools such as FaceTime, Skype, and instant messaging)?
  • What are some ethical dilemmas of using this technology, and what  are some practical recommendations for combating these potential  pitfalls?
Step 2: Analysis

For Step 2 of the assignment, research best practices on what makes  a good supervisor. How does a supervisor develop those characteristics?  In your personal experience, what style of supervision do you think you  will employ? Support your positions with at least five reference  sources. Use these readings to help you reflect on the information you  gathered in your interview.
Address the following in your analysis:

  • Create a portrait of a clinical supervisor.
  • Explain administrative procedures and responsibilities related to supervision.
  • Explain supervisor characteristics needed to be a successful supervisor.
  • Apply theoretical frameworks and models to clinical supervisor’s view of an ideal model of supervision.
  • Analyze the ethical considerations when using technology in supervision.
  • Synthesize best practices that align with academic literature.

Assignment 2: Methadone Maintenance Treatment—Helpful or Harmful?

By the due date assigned, post your response to the appropriate Discussion Area. Through the end of the module, review and comment on at least two peers’ responses. In your response, ask a question, provide a statement of clarification, provide a point of view with rationale, challenge a point of discussion, or draw a relationship between one or more points of the discussion.

Methadone Maintenance Treatment—Helpful or Harmful?

Replacement therapies tend to be the most controversial of all treatments for substance abuse and dependence. In particular, methadone maintenance has been the focus of much controversy and debate.

Mary was a chronic heroin user, but eventually she hit “rock bottom” and decided to get help. Mary goes to a methadone clinic every day to get her methadone dose for the day. She is happy to be sober from heroin. However, her family does not understand. They see that Mary is still taking a drug every day and view her as still being dependent.

Using your textbook and the Argosy University online library resources, research the controversy of methadone maintenance treatment for heroin users.
Answer the following:

  • In what ways is the treatment helpful or harmful?
  • Is this a successful treatment for heroin dependence? Why or why not?

Write your initial response in 150–200 words. Apply APA standards to citation of sources.

“Population and Individual Health Measures and Healthcare Costs in the United States”  Please respond to the following:

  • From  the  Centers of Disease Control and Prevention Website determine the most commonly used population and individual measures used in providing healthcare today. Examine the primary impact that these measures exert on the choices that consumers make in order to address their own healthcare needs. Justify your response.
  • From the   World Health Organization Website , compare the magnitude of healthcare costs in the United States to that of other developed countries. Analyze at least three (3) differences that you believe exist between the decisions that U.S. consumers and the consumers in other developed countries make regarding healthcare. Provide a rationale for your response.

Family and community engagement is critical to the success of all students. · In 100-250 words, describe the homework assignment/learning activity, and how the assignment/learning activity engages the family and community.
· Detail how family and/or community can be involved in establishing a positive learning environment, describing collaborative strategies.
Part 2: Reflection
In 250-500 words, summarize and reflect on the homework assignment/learning activity that engages family and/or community.
Address the following:
1. Methods to communicate with families and other stakeholders about the needs of students.
2. Challenges teachers face when creating homework, and activities that engage family and/or community.
3. The importance of engaging family and community in students’ education.
4. How you will deal with concerns or issues with parents and the possible solutions to support positive collaboration

You will choose ONE of TWO scenarios to provide the context for recording a 60-90-second Elevator Speech.  See the instructions for complete details. Document attached
