Hudson v. McMillian is a U.S. Supreme court case involving the excessive force resulting in a claim of cruel and unusual punishment under the Eighth Amendment. The court’s decision resulted in the five-pronged Hudson test, also known as PANAM:

Next, you will  discuss the Fawcett’s Meta-paradigm of Nursing and  relate the paradigm directly to your POI. How do the four concepts  within the meta-paradigm relate to your POI? Ethical framework:  you should discuss your specific POI in the context  of ethical principles.  Basic principles include autonomy, justice,  beneficence, and non-maleficence.
